By contracting Ant Gibbz, LLC you agree to the following terms & policies. Our failure to enforce at any time any provision of our Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision of our Terms. Ant Gibbz, LLC reserves the right to accept or deny any job without cause. All work may be used on the our website, related social networks, and/or marketing material.
Revisions & Edits
Each design comes with four official edits/proofs, unless otherwise discussed or listed on invoice. Our standard hourly rate will be applied to all additional edits/revisions. These additional fees will be added to the projects total and reflected on the final invoice. The Client will not be penalized for any time spend fixing errors caused by Ant Gibbz, LLC.
All Feedback for revisions shall be submitted via email, scheduled phone call, or video conference. Neither Ant Gibbz, LLC nor those contracted for the project are required to meet face-to-face to review or receive feedback on any project.
After Client Approval
Any edits or changes requested by the client after a project has been officially approved and finalized will incur additional fees. Any projects released to the client (or to the public by the client) will be defined as finalized. Ant Gibbz, LLC is not required to replace, fix, or reprint any material approved and/or released by the client.
Ant Gibbz, LLC uses third party wholesale printers and must adhere to all their polices. The client understands printing time and turnaround will vary depending on the type of project requested.
Orders will be shipped to the address listed on the invoice unless otherwise noted via email. Clients will be sent tracking number(s) via email, once the project has been shipped. Once printed, orders can be sent via ground shipping, 3-day shipping, or Next Day Air. If a shipping preference is not specified, we will use standard ground shipping.
Design Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround times are not contractual estimated in which the client will receive concepts and/or updated revisions. If your item is time sensitive, please plan well in advance. There will be no refunds for jobs that do not arrive by the client’s “deadline”. We are only required to deliver concepts and revisions within the agreed turnaround time mentioned. There are rush options available for most print and digital services. With the Standard Rush option, proofs and revisions can be made and sent within two (2) Business days. If you choose the Emergency Rush option, proofs and revisions can be made and sent within 24 hours. Contact us to confirm if these options are available for your project.
The client understands there is always the possibility of technical malfunctions, equipment failure, or problems with files. We will make every effort to keep these events from affecting production and/or delivery of your project. Ant Gibbz, LLC, and those contracted, are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages that arise from a failure to perform an aspect of the project in a timely manner, regardless of whether such failure was caused by intentional or negligent acts or omissions by the designers or a third party.
Our days of operation are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM. Proposed turnaround times will be based on these days of operations. No work, regardless of client’s deadline(s) will be done Saturday or Sunday; Please plan accordingly.
A New Jersey sales tax of 6.875% (as of January 1, 2017) will be applied to all invoices. This excludes all invoices for Tax-Exempt Organizations. Clients must provide proof of tax exemption.
Responsibility of the Client
Customers must carefully review all proofs and mock ups presented. Ant Gibbz, LLC will not assume responsibility for any missing or incorrect information that is overlooked by the client during the review cycle. Ant Gibbz, LLC will not be responsible for damages occurred by any typos or spelling errors overlooked by the client during the Review Phase. However, Ant Gibbz, LLC will , however, correct any spelling errors or typos on the artwork at no additional cost. Customers are not permitted to use or distribute designs or products prior to full payment being received, no exceptions.
Submitting & Requesting Stock Images
Customers are encouraged to submit high resolution images (+300 dpi). This is to ensures high quality results. Ant Gibbz, LLC can and will provide Stock images at an additional cost. Customers may request copy of stock photo(s) at the conclusion of the project.
PayPal, Cash or certified check (Via USPS Mail) are the only acceptable forms of payment. Make all checks payable to ” Anthony Gibbons”. There are no exceptions. For contractual work, the contract must be signed and processed before any work can begin. For non-contractual work, an initial fee will be charged and must be paid in full prior to the start of the design process. The initial fee is 50% of the project’s total budget unless otherwise agreed upon.
All invoices are payable within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed upon. A 10 % monthly late will be charged for overdue or outstanding balances. The grant of any license or right of copyright is conditioned on receipt of full payment. The Client shall assume responsibility for all collection of legal fees incurred by default in payment.
All Rush orders will require a 50% initial deposit before any design work can be done.
Refunds or Cancellations
Projects may be terminated by either party upon a seven (7) day notice to the other party. In the event of project termination, Ant Gibbz, LLC shall be paid for services rendered as well as any other expenses incurred as a result of the project. The client will be provided with a copy of all work done up to that point; However, cancellation is not an option once printed orders are in print. Any payments received, both initial and full, are final and non-refundable. Deposits for canceled projects will not be applied or credited toward any ongoing or new projects.
Cancellation due to inactivity
After four (4) Months of non compliance or progression on the client’s end, we reserve the right to cancel the project. No refund will be issued. A Delay of Process Fee must be paid in order to resume project.
Ownership of Artwork
Ant Gibbz, LLC retains ownership of all original artwork, whether preliminary or final, until project is approved, finalized and final payment has been received. We ask that you refrain from sharing or releasing any incomplete artwork to the public.
Warranty of Originality
Ant Gibbz, LLC warrants and represents that, to the best of our knowledge, the work provided by Ant Gibbz or third party contractor is originally or has consent to use has been obtained on an unlimited basis. The client hereby holds Ant Gibbz, LLC and all those contracted by Ant Gibbz, LLC harmless for all liability caused by the client’s use of material provided
Occasionally Ant Gibbz, LLC will outsource elements of a project to select creditable designers. Fear not! We ensure that all elements are up to our standards before sending out to clients.
Web Care Terms
You are engaging Ant Gibbz, LLC, as an independent contractor to perform work as described in the package(s) or service(s) you have purchased. In the event access to your website is necessary, you hereby authorizes Ant Gibbz, LLC access and “write permissions” to all directories and files of your account with any other third party hosting provider, as well as permission to install any necessary WordPress plugins for maintenance and security.
Ant Gibbz, LLC does not assume any responsibility or liability for the content of the websites it manages, maintains and/or hosts.
Pricing & Payments
All prices appearing on this site are subject to change without notice. Once a client of Ant Gibbz, LLC, you authorize Ant Gibbz, LLC to charge the payment method you submitted for all the invoices generated for the services rendered by Ant Gibbz, LLC. In order to cancel your recurring payment or change payment method, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to your payment’s due date.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation of any monthly recurring service can occur at anytime after your first paid month (30 days) of service. The cancellation will be applied to the following month. No Refunds are available after your purchased package or service has been started, unless otherwise specified in any authorized by Ant Gibbz, LLC.
Refusal of Service
Designs B Ant Gibbz reserves the right to refuse service to any individual, website, or blogs that contain offensive, obscene, hateful, malicious content or any other reason.
Third Party or Client Page Modification
With a WordPress based website, client will independently edit or update his or her web pages after completion of the site, unless otherwise agreed upon in this agreement by client and Ant Gibbz, LLC. If anyone other than Ant Gibbz, LLC or its subcontractors attempts to update the web site and damages the design or impairs the ability for the web pages to display or function properly, time to repair the web pages will be assessed at our standard hourly rate beyond the time allotted in the monthly care plan. There is a one-hour minimum
Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranties
Although there are limitations to the guarantees we can provide, your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read and understand our limits of liability before ordering services.
Ant Gibbz, LLC does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that the functions contained in these webpages or the Internet website will meet the client’s requirements or that the operation of the webpages will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the functions contained in these webpages or the Internet website is at your sole risk. The functions of the webpages and the Internet website created for you are provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without warranties of any kind. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the webpages and website is with client.

This Work Statement Agreement is governed by the laws of New Jersey without giving effect to its conflict of laws provision.
