How do I request website changes or support?

You simply send us an email with clear instructions on the content you want to change on your website and we get straight to work and let you know when it’s done – usually within two business day.

What’s included in my Support Time?

With your dedicated support time you can make requests regarding majority of your needs, Bug fixes, Performance improvements, Content updates, or Design updates. All time will be counted toward your monthly support time.

How do Strategy & Planning calls work?

Email is our best form of communication since it yields the fastest response. However, we know brainstorming and reviewing visual work can be best on the phone or on a video call (we like Skype). These consulting calls are reserved for clients on our Excel and Launch care plans. This time will be dedicated to strategizing how your website and digital presence can be leveraged to reach a specific goal. You simply book your consultation via our online calendar and we’ll be ready with the agenda to make the most out of our call.

Does the monthly time rollover?

Like a lawyer’s retainer, the monthly time is there for you every month to reserve your place in our queue and our resources, therefore it does not rollover. You can take comfort in the fact that what you will request within that 30/60/90 minutes of time (depending on your plan) will be addressed by our team with immediate attention.

What are your support hours?

Our support hours depend on the level of your plan. Partner plans that include a service level agreement may have higher availability, but our default hours are 8am – 5pm EST.

Are you plans for all websites?

Are care plans are built and tailor to service website that utilize the wordpress content management system. Unsure if you site qualifies? No worries, reach out and we will let you know if your website is eligible.

How many support requests can I submit each month?

You can ask us as many questions as you’d like, and if your request is covered by your site management plan, then we’ll take care of it right away. There’s no limit to the number of tasks we perform as long as it’s covered by your plan. Sometimes we’ll refer you to an article or send you a quick answer of our own. If your support request isn’t covered by your plan, we’ll give you an estimate for completing the work you need done, or can upgrade you to a plan with more services.

What happens if my website goes down, is hacked, breaks, etc?

The whole purpose of our client plans is preventative care, so we work hard to prevent anything from happening. However, in the case something does happen and your website needs emergency care, we will be there right by its side communicating with the web hosting company on your behalf. We cannot promise your website will not be hacked but can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.

How do I request a design?

It’s simple! You can request a design either by emailing me@antgibbz.com directly, or filling out my contact form.

What if I need something outside the plans?

If you have a task that is beyond what is included in your plan, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately. However, many times we will evaluate requests that exceed your plan on a case by case basis, and with approval, work past the time and bill for time exceeded at the support rate listed on your plan.

What is your hourly rate?

When quoting work we provide a fixed price estimate before we get started so you can budget effectively. In some cases, we use hourly billing where the work is customized or the scope is not fully known to give you more flexibility. Our standard hourly rate is $100/hr for purchasing a block of 2+ hours.

Can I use my own web host?

You sure can. Although we prefer to use our recommended hosting partner Bluehost. If you prefer to move your website to our Hosting Partner [link track], we offer migration and setup for a one-time fee.

How does billing work?

Your Credit Card or PayPal account will be charged automatically at the start of each month. Once payment is complete you will receive an invoice to your email.

Can I really cancel any time?

Absolutely. We are all about building a valuable relationship with you and your website, so we would hate to see you go but we know financial needs weigh on many decisions and don’t want to lock anyone in. Request a cancellation via email to support@antgibbz.com, and we will immediately stop the next payment.

Can I change my plan after signup?

Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time by contact us via your client dashboard.

If you didn’t build my website, can I still be on a client plan?

Although these plans are for sites we build or re-design, we welcome clients who are looking for a long term relationship with a dedicated webmaster. We first like to do a Website Evaluation to become familiar with the website, how it was built and any potential issues that can arise. With the evaluation we will perform all the “Website Updates and Monitoring” tasks and make a full backup. Most importantly we will make a list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvement needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly plan. Based on your type of website, this Website Evaluation is a fixed 4-hour fee.
